Psyillium seed husks are the main ingredient in this cleanser. It contains large amounts of two types of fiber: Soluble and insoluble. Soluble fiber bonds with the fat and absorbs water creating a gellish substance thats easy to pass. This is why the weight just flies off! The insoluble fiber doesn’t change but helps push food through the intestines. It also helps regulate bacteria. The soluble fiber in the psyillium husks absorb water and expand, filling up the total width of the colon. The insoluble fiber then helps move this expanded bulk, scraping along the inside colonic wall and taking excess waste with it. Of course, ColoThin is also packed full of natural herbs and supplements as well!
